His career spans the full lifecycle of industrial operations—from hands-on construction through engineering and operations of large-scale facilities to senior management and executive roles.
An electrical engineer with an MBA, Jared combines deep technical expertise with strategic business insight, building high-performance organizations known for innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. His leadership centers on bridging engineering precision with commercial pragmatism, ensuring every project advances both performance and purpose. At Sovereign Infrastructure Group, he is driving the company’s vision to deliver reliable, modular, and efficient infrastructure solutions that connect traditional energy with emerging technologies, reflecting his lifelong commitment to evolving how energy and industry work together to power the future.

Morris

Matt Morris brings over 20 years of upstream petroleum experience, managing projects from concept through to execution. Trained as a Petroleum Engineer, he has a deep understanding of Western Canada’s oil and gas landscape—from geology, formations, and resource plays to drilling, extraction, and production—ensuring that technical design delivers real-world results.
A proven project and people leader, Matt uses continuous improvement to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset life cycles. At Sovereign Infrastructure Group, he is focused on re-tooling facilities and natural gas assets to support and complement the electrification needs of advancing technologies and society.
